Co je Vasocardin 50 a k čemu se užívá

Přípravek Vasocardin se užívá k léčbě vysokého krevního tlaku, k předcházení záchvatů anginy
pectoris, k léčbě některých forem nepravidelné činnosti srdce, k léčbě zvýšené činnosti štítné žlázy a k
předcházení záchvatů migrény. Dále se přípravek užívá po prodělaném srdečním infarktu. Přípravek je
určen k léčbě dospělých pacientů.

Přípravek obsahuje léčivou látku metoprolol–tartarát, která snižuje tepovou frekvenci a snižuje krevní
tlak hlavně při námaze. Jeho účinek na snížení krevního tlaku je význačný při podávání samotného
přípravku nebo v kombinaci s jinými léčivy. Zvyšuje toleranci námahy a snižuje počet záchvatů
anginy pectoris (bolest na hrudi vznikající při nedostatečném prokrvení srdce).
