Co je Indap a k čemu se užívá

Indap je močopudný přípravek, u nějž však zcela převažuje účinek na krevní oběh. Způsobuje rozšíření
cév a tím snížení jejich odporu vůči proudění krve, v důsledku čehož klesá krevní tlak. Močopudný účinek
se projeví teprve po podání vyšších dávek. Přípravek se dobře vstřebává ve střevě. Vylučuje se převážně
ledvinami, v menší míře také stolicí.
Indap se užívá k léčbě vysokého krevního tlaku u dospělých pacientů. Při léčbě mírné a středně těžké
formy se užívá samotný, u těžkých forem pak jako součást kombinované léčby.
