Přípravek Neurol 0,5 obsahuje léčivou látku alprazolam, sloučeninu patřící do skupiny
benzodiazepinů. Alprazolam účinkuje jako anxiolytikum (lék působící proti stavům úzkosti,
navozující pocity uvolnění a uklidnění).

Přípravek Neurol 0,5 je indikován k léčbě příznaků:
 úzkosti,
 panických poruch s agorafobií (strach z otevřeného prostoru, davů apod.) nebo bez ní.
