Ventolin ve formě sirupu se užívá k léčbě a předcházení (prevenci) zúžení průsvitu průdušek
(bronchospasmu) u průduškového (bronchiálního) astmatu a ovlivnitelné (reverzibilní) složky
zúžení průsvitu průdušek u vleklého zánětu průdušek (chronické bronchitidy) a plicní
rozedmy (emfyzému).
Přípravek mohou užívat dospělí, dospívající a děti starší než 2 roky.
