The serum concentration of the active metabolites of Dabigatran etexilate can be reduced when Dabigatran etexilate is used in combination with Esomeprazole resulting in a loss in efficacy.
Pradaxa & Nimesil
Nimesulide may increase the anticoagulant activities of Dabigatran etexilate.
Prenewel & Nimesil
The risk or severity of adverse effects can be increased when Perindopril is combined with Nimesulide.
Cipralex & Emanera
The metabolism of Escitalopram can be decreased when combined with Esomeprazole.

Prenewel: Herbs that may attenuate the antihypertensive effect of perindopril include: bayberry, blue cohash, cayenne, ephedra, ginger, ginseng (American), kola and licorice. High salt intake may attenuate the antihypertensive effect of perindopril. Perindopril may decrease the excretion of potassium. Salt substitutes containing potassium may increase the risk of hyperkalemia. Take without regard to meals.
Cipralex: Take without regard to meals.
Emanera: Take without regard to meals.
